Electrical Tapes

Electrical tape insulates electrical wires, preventing shorts and protecting against electrical shock. It is used to protect wire connections and repair minor wire damage. This tape should not be used where bare wire is exposed. It is pressure sensitive and is applied by slightly stretching the tape as it's wrapped around wires. Overstretching can weaken the tape and adhesive. Tape is available in a variety of colors for color coding wires and wire types.
