Manual Crimpers
Manual crimpers are handheld devices used to crimp wires, cables, and other ductile materials. These plier-like tools, also known as crimping pliers, manual crimping tools, and crimpers, join two or more pieces of metal by exerting pressure on them to deform them, forcing them to hold each other. Manual crimping tools feature crimping points in their jaws— some tools have crimping points, or dies, that can be changed out to give the crimpers additional functions, such as cutting. Manual crimpers can be used on steel cable, electrical connections and terminations, lugs, ferrules, or plugs.
